Korina Deming

Actor | Singer | Dancer

Hi, I’m Korina!

(she/her/hers)

(kuh-RIN-uh)

I want to help people feel alive. My mission is to bring light and love to everyone I meet.

I am a NYC-based actress originally from Detroit, MI. At age 3, my parents put me in “Little Kickers Soccer,” but quickly accepted that sports wouldn’t be my thing when they saw that I preferred to sing and dance by myself rather than follow the ball with the rest of the kids. At age 6 my mom took me to audition for the local production of Dear Edwina Jr., where I quickly learned to “Sing Your Own Song,” and I’ve had the theatre bug ever since. I continued performing all through high school in choir, dance, and community theatre, ultimately leading to studying musical theatre in college. I am thrilled to be a recent grad of the Molloy University/CAP21 Musical Theatre BFA program.

Outside of theatre, I am also a secret math nerd with a minor in math. I love adventures from camping to hiking (I once hiked 50 miles across Isle Royale, MI). However, my NYC adventures look more like walking in the park and finding my favorite dogs. You can also find me working as a bartender or hyping up your friends and family dancing at bar/bat/b’nai mitzahs with Total Entertainment.
